If we do not hear back from the tenants and we still don’t have a payment, we will physically go to the home. If necessary, we will post a 3 Day Notice, which requires the tenants to bring the rent up to date within three days. When those three days come and go and we still don’t have rent, we start the eviction process through the court system.
